She has worked with many clientele over the years ranging from kids to athletes and the elderly. Amy’s passion lies with those who have altered movement patterns from previous injuries to poor posture. That passion led her to complete her NASM CES, Corrective Exercise specialist.

Being certified as a CES, Amy is able to observe movement patterns to identify overactive and underactive muscles in the lumbopelvic hip complex, knee joint, Shoulder joint or ankle joint. In order to correct these altered movement patterns, it takes training from the inside out. In other words, Amy will build a strong foundation starting with the inner core that is necessary to build strength through the ankle, Knee, hip and shoulder joints.

If you suffer from any joint disorders or just want to get in better shape and gain strength, I have the knowledge and capability to help you achieve your goals. Every person, no matter what age, must build a strong foundation to remain active and Maintain the integrity of your muscles to build strong bones.
