Increase Bone Density with Our One-on-One Training Sessions!

bioDensity is an exercise-based therapy that promotes increased bone density, muscle strength, and improved health. It has been shown to effectively improve various medical conditions and health concerns. Additionally, bioDensity can lead to an improved quality of life and reduced healthcare costs.

Certified Trainers

Our program is designed to help seniors increase their bone density with one-on-one training sessions. Our certified trainers will guide you through four exercises: a chest press, leg press, core pull, and vertical lift. These exercises are designed to help strengthen your bones and improve your overall bone density.

Performance Reports

At the end of each session, you will receive a performance report that will track your progress. This report will help you to see how your bone density is improving with each session. You can use this report to track your progress and make sure that you are getting the most out of your training sessions.

Recommended Sessions

We recommend that you complete a 30-minute session the first time, followed by 15-minute sessions once a week. This will help you to get the most out of your training sessions and ensure that you are increasing your bone density in the most effective way possible. Our program is designed to help anyone of any age increase their bone density, but it is especially beneficial for seniors.


Packages can be purchased separately or added to personal training sessions led by your trainer.
