What is Small Group Training?
Small group training classes focus on a range of wellness goals and concentrations: specific fitness goals (cardio, strength, etc.), and athletic training. Our sessions are designed for groups of 6 to 8 members, providing a unique combination of individual coaching and the camaraderie of working out with like-minded individuals. It's like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost!

Women With Weights
Learn how to increase your strength and confidence with a program specifically-designed for women! This small group training will be led by a personal trainer, meeting twice a week over a 6-week period. You will learn weight-lifting exercises and techniques to achieve your health goals!
Available: North & South Campus
Program Fees: $300 for members and $375 for non-members

Teen Sports Performance
Build up your power, speed, and agility with sports-specific training. This small group training will be led by a personal trainer, meeting twice a week over a 6-week period. Learn how to improve your sports performance and prevent injury. Perfect for teens 12 years and older.

- 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Strength Evolution
Enhance your muscular strength with our progressive training program. Led by a personal trainer, our small group sessions meet twice a week for 6 weeks. Boost confidence and achieve your health goals through strength training in our small group sessions.
