Join us for the annual Marco Island Wide "Earth Day" Clean Up! Reducing waste and plastic pollution, improving habitats, and preventing harm to wildlife and humans. This initiative aims to cleans up and keep Marco Island brighter, cleaner, friendlier and greener.

Celebrate Earth Day by participating in the Marco Island Island Wide Clean Up! Volunteers will meet in the YMCA lobby to receive essential supplies, including biodegradable bags, gloves, and trash grabbers, as well as information about Earth Day and litter prevention strategies. We'll begin by thoroughly cleaning the YMCA campus, and then encourage YMCA members, volunteers, staff, and Rotary members to expand the cleanup to their respective neighborhoods. Together, we can make a significant impact by reducing waste, combating plastic pollution, and safeguarding habitats for wildlife and humans.
