Adults looking to challenge themselves without stress on their joints or members who just enjoy the water can take advantage of our different water exercise classes. You can gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aerobic choreography and the resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels & non-swimmers.

Keep your cool and learn a safe, effective and challenging water-based workout that is for any age or ability.
A safe and effective cardio and balance workout for all ages. Aqua Jogger belts are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own!
Looking for a high-intensity, low impact workout? Try Aqua Zumba! Jump in the pool and groove to Latin music while getting in a great workout.
Deep Water Aerobics
Classes are done in deep water where feet will not touch the bottom. Floating devices such as “noodles” are used for flotation assistance. While the water provides resistance for toning muscles, there is no impact from bouncing or jumping.
Shallow Water Aerobics
Classes are done in water about chest level. While the water decreases impact to the joints, there is bouncing and jumping in the class.
Dragon Boat Paddling
Learn the fundamentals of paddling in our Dragon Boat class. Participants will get the basics of the stroke as well as on-the-water experience in the boat!
