As a lifelong athlete with a background in competitive soccer and gymnastics, Michele understands what it takes to perform at every stage of life. Having conquered numerous triathlons and marathons, she is now in her 50s and proud to be in the healthiest, strongest shape of her life.

Michelespecializes in functional training that balances peak strength with cardiovascular endurance. She believes in a “slow and steady” approach, prioritizing injury prevention and sustainable habits to ensure her clients don’t just get fit, but stay fit for life. Whether you are a beginner or a fellow athlete, she is dedicated to helping you optimize your movement and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

When she isn’t training, you can find her running, boating, or enjoying quality time with her husband and two grown children.
