Meet one-on-one with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to begin your personalized plan of action!

An individualized nutrition plan will be developed to help achieve desired health goals, including supporting behavior change and chronic disease prevention, based on an initial nutrition assessment. Whether you’re a trained athlete, looking to lose weight, or begin a healthy lifestyle change; nutrition plays a major role in your success!

Together, the dietitian and client will:

  • Assess current nutritional status, and discuss desired health and lifestyle outcomes
  • Design a personalized nutrition care plan that is aligned with needs and wants
  • Collaborate on goals for changing behaviors and building habits
  • Select evidence-based information, tools, strategies, and support for each step of the journey

About the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Diana Vittorio, RDN, LD

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Diana Vittorio has been working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Naples since 2014. Prior to moving to Naples, she graduated Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her comprehensive internship was completed locally at Naples Community Hospital and Women, Infant and Children’s Services in Collier County.

Diana’s experience includes nutritional counseling in both individual as well as group settings at both Von Arx Diabetes and Nutrition Center and Cederquist Medical Wellness Center. She is most passionate about helping people manage and improve inflammatory conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and food allergies with nutrition therapy as well as lifestyle modifications. She takes an empathetic and compassionate approach in guiding people towards making positive choices in order to reverse their inflammation and optimize their health.
