The YMCA’s 8-week Weight Loss Program is designed for people 18 years or older who want to achieve a healthier weight by making small changes to daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthier habits. Alongside a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will design an action plan that will bring long-term, positive change in your life.

Program Overview

  • 8 weeks - 1 hour session per week
  • Lead by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in weight loss
  • Provides tools, knowledge and group support to help you develop a healthy eating and exercise plan
  • Before and after Styku 3D Body Scanner reports
  • Fitness professional lead session
  • Private Weekly Weigh-ins
  • Meal planning

Program Cost

  • Members: $375
  • Non-members: $425
